How long does shipping take?
Within Germany, you'll usually receive your order within 2-6 business days. If you're ordering from another EU country, it will likely take 4-10 business days. International shipping can sometimes take up to 14 days, depending on the destination country. Please note that we are a small company with limited capacity, which can sometimes lead to delays. We're doing everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible!
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the product and destination country. To find out the exact costs for your order, go to checkout and enter your shipping address. Within Germany, we offer free shipping on orders over €20, and in all other countries on orders over €30.
Is there a tracking number for my order?
Yes, you will receive the link to track your order in the order confirmation email.
Can I return my order?
Personalized products are non-returnable. All standard products can be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused. Simply contact us via our contact form . If your order arrives damaged, please notify our customer support immediately. We will then find a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
What happens to my files after I place my order?
Data privacy is very important to us. Your files will be completely deleted no later than 7 business days after you place your order. Only your billing and shipping addresses will be stored. You can find more information about this in our privacy policy .
Do you make your own stickers?
Of course! We produce all our products in our own small printing shop.
Do you pay attention to sustainability?
Sustainability is VERY important to us! That's why our shipping packaging is now 100% recyclable.
